Analysis of CBSE – AIPMT 2014

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the result on 7^th June, 2014 for the All India Pre-Medical/ Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) 2014 which was conducted on 4^th May, 2014 at 929 centres located in 50 cities across India including one centre located abroad.

A total of 579,707 candidates were eligible to appear in AIPMT-2014. Of these 523,701 candidates appeared in the exam. Out of the total candidates, 46271 candidates have qualified the test for counseling on the basis of the qualifying criteria prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and Dental Council of India (DCI). 18,115 candidates have qualified for the 15 % 'All India Quota' seats, wherein 9716 are male and 8399 are female candidates.
