The Central Board of
Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi would be conducting the National Eligibility
cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to MBBS / BDS Courses under 15% All
India Quota seats in the Medical / Dental Colleges of India as per the directives
of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and will be governed by the rules and regulations
specified for the same by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government
of India. Applications are invited through Online only.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: The Candidate should be an
Indian National.
- Age: Minimum age
of the candidate should be 17 years at the time of admission or will
complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her
admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course. The upper age limit is 25 years
as on 31st December and this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period
of 5 years for the candidates of SC/ ST/ OBC category.
- Academic Qualification: The Candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually.
- Minimum
Percentage: He/ She must have obtained a minimum of 50%
marks for General category (GC), 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks
for SC-PH/ ST-PH/ OBC-PH category in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology
taken together in qualifying examinations.
- No state eligibility criteria will
be applicable for the students who take admission under 15% All India
Quota Scheme.
